Hirings and Lettings

We have a number of rooms available to hire for meetings, conferences, courses, children's parties, adult and child groups etc. Oak Meadow Children's Centre provides a wide range of facilities and support for children and their families. The Centre offers a warm, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. We are located a couple of minutes from Central Fareham, easily accessible by car and close to bus routes and Fareham train station.

Rooms can be set up in advance with the desired layout of tables/chairs and other equipment i.e. TV, DVD player, flip charts, screens – all included in the cost. Two kitchens offer refreshments including instant hot water heaters for tea/coffee plus cooking facilities if needed. Rooms are available during the week and in the evenings (weekends by prior arrangement).

Safety

The Centre offers a safe and secure environment. Each room has two handles on the entrance doors – one being high which means young children are secure. Sections of the Centre can be made secure if needed.

We try to provide at least one member of staff on site who is first aid trained.

Parking

Visitor parking is in Nashe Way car park (PO15 6UD) which is well lit in the evenings. After 18.00 visitors may also park in the EDICT section of this car park. Maps and travel directions are available here or can be posted or e-mailed to you.

Disabled Access

There are 2 disabled parking spaces in the Nashe Way car park. The entrance from here has an automatic push-button door. There are 2 accessible toilets within the Centre.

Baby Changing Facilities

Both accessible toilets have baby changing facilities.
