Breastfeeding Café
Come along and meet other Mums interested in breast feeding. You may be pregnant, a new mum or have been feeding for some time.
There will be a member of the Child Health Team on hand to answer your queries and make you feel welcome.
Dads and grandparents are very welcome.

First-time Mums and Dads

Visiting Health Clinics and Services
Highlands, Ranvilles, Titchfield and Western Wards areas
Our Family Support Workers will visit clinics and health services that operate in places other than Oak Meadow Centre.
We work closely with Health and if you need our help or want to know what we can offer, ask your midwife or member of the Child Health Team – they can let us know and give us your details.

Chat and Play
These groups are run jointly by Strawberry Meadow, Sovereign Children's Centre and the Health Visiting team.
Come along with your children to enjoy the toys and activities. You can join in with your children, chat with other parents, talk with a member of our Family Support Worker team and get information and advice from a Health Visitor.
