FASS organises subsidised events and play activities especially for families with children within the autistic spectrum.
Go on a steam train, visit play areas, go horse riding, theatre trips and cinema outings and much more!

Do you need information about childcare?
National Childminding Association Support Group
EVERY Tuesday 9.30 – 11.30am (term time only)
The group is for all registered childminders, nannies and home-based carers (e.g. grandparents)
Fun activities • Toy and book library • Outside play • Singing/music and movement • Story-time
Parents are invited to drop-in and find out more about registered childminders in the area. Information about Childminders, training and other support is displayed in the Centre on the NCMA notice board.

community for a chat or get some of the help and advice you may need.

Children's Centre Support Teacher
Laura Lohan, our Children's Centre Support Teacher, can give you help and advice on choosing the right kind of childcare for you and your child e.g. childminding, pre-school or nursery. She can also help with those important times in their life such as preparing your child for pre-school or school.
